Extend your technique repertoire and learn:
- rational cross-country = better use of the swing and
- optimisation of the release
- correct lane changing
- 3 and 4 rhythm
- warm up (warm-up programme to avoid injury)
- stretching (to avoid muscle pain)
- correct braking - falling - getting up - changing lanes - downhill
Please note: Courses begin on Monday and during holidays daily.
Meeting Point: 9.45am OR 1.45pm at Cross-Country Skiing Office in the Olympia Sport and Congress Centre
The main ski bus stop is also located very close to the meeting point. Ski busses are free of charge.
